Carpet Cleaning

Customer called and thought would have to replace carpet all together from a rental property.  After the customer used a shop vacuum to get up the large debris they called SERVPRO of Columbia and Suwannee Counties.  Located in Live Oak, Florida we said we could try and clean and see what would happen.  Not knowing what is on the carpet makes it a little more difficult sometimes.  The same day our customer posted on FB the attached photos.  Yes, some stains are still visible but the difference made was enough to make this customer appreciative and thrilled at the difference.  Thank you for sharing!
