Hurricane Michael not only tore through our home, but through our hearts as well. I have never encountered such warm and compassionate people like I did when I met the SERVPRO crew. It was like they were caring for their own home.

During the Hurricane in North Florida, my duplexes experienced severe damage.  The tenants living there were with no power and a lot of damage.  SERVPRO of Lake City was called by my property management company and cleaned up and dried out both sides.   We also used them for the contracting work and rebuild.  I was going to put the duplexes up for sale, but after seeing the wonderful job SERVPRO did I have decided to keep them.  My appreciation to the entire staff and Kim & Chuck for working with me and trusting me to make payments as it was not covered by insurance. 

Thanks to Ronnie and Keith and all the SERVPRO crew that worked so hard on our house in Bellaire, Tx, after Hurricane Harvey. You all did a great job and it is really appreciated. Thanks also to Kimberley back in the home office for working so hard to get the final reports out, even though she had to deal with power and internet outages due to Hurricane Irma.

THANK GOD FOR KEITH! He and his crew were the best! They did their absolute best to remediate the flood damage from Matthew. He treated our home like his own....and the office staff were always on top of things, courteous and very caring...A-1 company!!

When tropical storm Debby came through Lake City and Live Oak we called SERVPRO and they were so quick to respond even though they had a waiting list! They were able to bring in other SERVPRO's and really make a difference in our home and our neighborhood and what we were able to save from the flood.
